1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Israsoft. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information about users of all our applications, games, websites, and services (collectively, the Services), including israsofts.com.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY ISRASOFT SERVICE, YOU EXPLICITLY CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / LGPD)

For users in the EEA and Brazil, we process data only where we have a valid legal basis:

  • Consent — for personalized advertising and analytics
  • Contract — to process purchases and deliver our Services
  • Legitimate Interests — for fraud detection and service improvement
  • Legal Obligation — where required by law

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Information You Provide

  • Account details (name, email, username, password)
  • Profile information and support communications
  • Survey responses and feedback

4.2 Automatically Collected

  • Device identifiers (IDFA on iOS with ATT consent; Android Advertising ID)
  • Device type, OS version, and app version
  • IP address and approximate geolocation
  • Usage patterns, session data, and in-app behavior
  • Crash logs and performance diagnostics

4.3 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5+, we request permission via Apple's ATT framework before accessing your IDFA. You may deny this at any time in Settings. If denied, you may still see non-personalized ads.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our Services
  • To process purchases and manage subscriptions
  • To serve personalized and contextual advertising
  • To detect fraud and ensure security
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To conduct internal research and analytics

6. Advertising and Monetization

Our Services are monetized through in-app advertising. We work with third-party ad networks (including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, and others) who may use device identifiers and tracking technologies to serve targeted ads.

We contractually require all advertising partners to provide the same level of data protection described in this policy.

Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.2(i): We clearly disclose all third parties with whom user data is shared.

7. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

8. Data Sharing

  • Service Providers — bound by data processing agreements
  • Advertising Partners — subject to your consent choices
  • Legal Disclosure — when required by law
  • Business Transfers — in case of merger or acquisition
  • Third-Party AI — only with your explicit prior consent

Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.2(i) Nov 2025: We obtain explicit permission before sharing personal data with any third-party AI system.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your residence. Where required by GDPR or LGPD, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

10. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained until deletion request + up to 2 years
  • Transaction records: up to 7 years (legal requirement)
  • Analytics data: up to 26 months in aggregated form
  • Support communications: up to 3 years

11. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by GDPR Article 33/34 and LGPD Article 48.

GDPR Rights (EEA Users)

LGPD Rights (Brazilian Users)

  • Right to know, delete, opt-out of sale/sharing, correct, non-discrimination

13. Consent Revocation & Data Deletion

  • Revoke ad tracking (iOS): Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Revoke ad tracking (Android): Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID
  • Request data deletion: Email contact@israsofts.com — Subject: DATA DELETION REQUEST
  • Delete account: Via in-app settings or by contacting us

We process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us at contact@israsofts.com for immediate deletion.
